How We Do It

Our Process involves several steps: Design preparation, Extrusion, printing, conversion and packing ready to ship.

A. Film Extrusion

Using a variety polyethylene resins, film is extruded to different sizes and thickness according to specifications of the customers 

B. Printing – from narrow to wider web we print in multi colors

1. Creating artwork  and design 
2. Printing plates are made in-house
3. The extruded film are then printed with your name and products as designed and approved by the customer

C. Conversion
1. Plain or printed films are then converted into different sizes like wicketed bags, ziplock, bags with tapes, on rolls.
2. Bags and rolls are then pack ready for shipment.
